ALL PRODUCTS ORDERED DURING OUR PRE-SALE EVENT (9-13 TO 9-15) WILL SHIP ON 9-30-19. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON 9-30-19.
ANY ORDER PLACED BETWEEN 9-16 AND 9-30 WILL SHIP AND RECEIVE TRACKING BY 10.7.19

We ship via USPS. Once your payment has been processed and verified it can take 1 - 3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and you have provided appropriate spaces as we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
International Delivery Times Vary:
We ship USPS and/or DHL. Shipping rates vary depending on location and weight. You can find out your actual shipping cost at check out.
Prices on Wedding to Wife are in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion. Your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time your order is placed. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Wedding to Wife, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier ( The United States Postal Service) – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Wedding to Wife does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
